Tom Yum Pork Noodles – Delicious & Spicy Thai Style Noodles

Ingredients – Tom Yum Pork Noodles

Steps to cook Tom Yum Pork Soup
  1. Pound coriander root, garlic and ground pepper finely, set aside.
  2. Put water into the pot. Turn on medium heat and wait until the water boils.
  3. Put the pork ribs into the pot and simmer. Keep spooning out the bubbles. This will make the soup clear and not fishy.
  4. Season with seasonings, sugar, salt, pickled garlic and taste as you like.
  5. Keep simmering until the bone broth dissolves in the broth, resulting in pork soup (broth).
Marinated Pork Recipe

How to make marinated pork
  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dissolve backing soda with water. Stir to dissolve.
  3. Add the baking soda solution to the pork and knead it until the water is mixed with the pork.
  4. Add seasonings, sugar, salt, potato starch and ground pepper to the pork and mix them together.
  5. Check if the pork is dry or not. If dry, add some water to the pork and knead them until they mix together.
  6. Last step, add the egg whites to the pork, mix together and leave it to marinate at the room temperature.
  7. Wait at least 1 hour before use the marinated pork.

How to cook Tom Yum Pork Noodles with fresh Lime juice
  1. Boil the noodles until cooked and put them in a bowl.
  2. Blanch the minced pork (preferably marinated), pork meatballs, marinated pork, fish strips until cooked and put them in a bowl.
  3. Boil bean sprouts until cooked and put in  a bowl.
  4. Prepare the noodle salad by putting in a glass or bowl. Put ground peanuts, chili powder, sugar, pickled chili vinegar, fish sauce, lime juice into a glass or bowl.
  5. Pour the broth into a glass/bowl which you have prepared the noodle salad previously. Stir all ingredients together. Pour the mixed broth into a bowl of noodles.
  6. Sprinkle spring onions, coriander slices, celery (as you like), fried garlic oil and crispy wontons into a bowl of noodles.
  7. Have a delicious meal.
